Internal use and status

Nexus is provided by ELSAQ EDUCATIONAL SERVICES PVT. LTD for authorized company work. It is not offered as a public consumer service. Access requires company authorization and the permissions appropriate to the task.

These terms are a draft for owner review and have no effective date yet. Publishing a notice does not approve the app’s Google/YouTube use cases or change any employee’s existing agreement.

Accounts and responsibilities

Use your assigned account, protect its access and follow company access controls. Do not share credentials, impersonate another person without an authorized workflow, or use access left open on another person’s device. Notify the company contact if you suspect unauthorized access.

Only connect channels, upload records, share files or run actions that you are authorized to perform. Do not attempt to bypass role restrictions, quotas, collection limits or review requirements.

Google, YouTube and connected services

Nexus uses YouTube API Services. When these terms take effect, use of Nexus’s YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google account permissions and each connected provider’s applicable terms continue to apply.

Private YouTube Analytics and revenue are available only for authorized channels with the necessary permission. Public competitor statistics do not authorize access to private accounts. Provider availability and API quotas can limit features.

Interpreting reports and AI output

Review each report’s source, date range, update time and coverage before acting. A partial archive is incomplete. A cumulative public view-counter change is not necessarily the number of views earned during an exact calendar month. Estimated revenue may be revised by the provider.

Any custom performance score or launch classification is an independent Nexus analysis, not a metric supplied or endorsed by YouTube. Features requiring approval remain disabled until the applicable approval and data validation are in place.

AI-generated suggestions and classifications can be inaccurate. A responsible person must review content and consequential actions before use. Nexus output alone should not determine employment, compensation or other important decisions about a person.

Company information and acceptable use

Keep employee, customer, financial and other non-public records within approved company workflows. Do not export, publish or disclose information beyond your authority. Do not upload unlawful material, misuse personal data, infringe rights or interfere with other users or services.

The company’s records and third-party content retain their respective ownership. Access to Nexus does not transfer ownership or grant a right to republish YouTube or provider content.

Availability and access changes

Features may be changed, paused or unavailable because of maintenance, provider limits or compliance review. The company may adjust access when responsibilities change or misuse is identified. These terms do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular reporting outcome.

Existing employment, confidentiality and applicable legal obligations continue to apply. This internal-use draft does not introduce a purchase, subscription, automatic payment or mandatory arbitration arrangement.

Privacy, questions and changes

Read the Nexus Privacy Policy for the proposed information-handling notice and contact process. The final terms, privacy notice, retention procedures and user acknowledgement flow must be approved and verified before adoption. Material changes should be communicated to affected users.
